Yes. The way to get multiple castings from one styrene master is to use the brass casting from the original master as the new master for the rubber molds. Of course, each step involves a little more shrinkage. The original styrene master must be sized for this if the total amount of shrinkage would not be acceptable.

This is all very labor intensive work and often a high failure rate on the very small custom castings. So be prepared to spend some money to have custom parts made this way.

A question: is there any way to go from one styrene master to multiple cast brass parts? Or do you need as many styrene masters as you want castings?

And does anyone have any idea what sort of price range this kind of thing costs?
