No idea here as to why it wasn't reprinted. Charlie Z. was at an MPHS meet
a few years ago, so maybe someone out there knows about this. It is a very
good book, and I wish the two sequels would be published. Getting the author
to do another run is the only way I know to get a book "resurrected" as you
say. Along with some cash to make it sweeter for him? It's all based on
economics I suppose.
