It's a shame that the lettering on the others is so faded. I've tried hue and lightness alteration on this one to attempt to bring out the letters more, there's just too much missing.

The first letter is probably an "R", the second an "E", the rest are pretty hit-or-miss. I'm fairly sure it says "Co" at the end as well.

..an express baggage built on a flatcar frame? No identification marks at all, and nothing on the photo that I have.
