I can't resolve the lettering. None of the image enhancements seem to help either. The second one from the left maybe a PRR with the large keystone on the right side and "Pennsylvania" written out over the number, but that's just a guess.
Given the position of the graphics on the car and its color I am not sure what else it could be other than PRR. Charlie Vlk
