While I usually do not make public STMFC management decisions regarding violations of group rules, given that several members have commented on the derogatory comment recently about another member, I will make note that the offending member is no longer allowed to post messages. A more important reason to make this known is to make it very clear that such violations of the "no personal attack" rule will not be tolerated on the STMFC.

To be sure, the STMFC makes no demands that members like each other. It does demand, however, that all members will be treated with respect...as stated in the rules...when posting messages ON the STMFC. I make it policy to let each potential member see the rules of the group and those acknowledging reception of such rules agree to follow them before membership is granted.
