Forgive my ignorance, but how do these cars compare to the B&LE covered
hopper just released by F&C?

Jim,
P&WV had 25 cars 1925-1949, built 7-48 by GSC that appears to me to be
of the same design as the B&O cars. These are the only ones that I'm
aware of.
