Don't recall seeing many double sheathed from those two roads offhand. A Lot of single sheathed, though, including the B&M with plate (non-corrugated) ends.

In 1950, the B&M was in the process of retiring its USRA DS Boxcars in the #70000-70499 series because of the cost of retrofitting the #70000's K Brake System with AB's. The last #7000 was officially retired in March 1955.
