There are LOTS of photos of these tank cars in storage in England and in
use in Europe during WWII, but alas, I am not aware of any on US Rails.
They are interesting cars with one comaprtment with 2 domes but only one
has an access hatch. Richard Hendrickson explained to me that the domes
were restricted in size due to tight european clearances and thus two were
used to get enough expansion space.
