The Bachman 4-6-0 has two different boiler and driver heights, different headlight/smokeboxes, and a number of different tender types.
It is an attempt to make a standard locomotive into a reasonable approximation of a number of different prototypes.
It is not an exact model of any particular road's locomotive. The UP engine might be picked out of a lineup as a UP loco if the lettering on the tender was absent, but it would also be detected as bogus in a roundhouse full of real UP locos.
But it can pull freightcars.
