I have been approached by a friend who is seeking information on the M&StL
piggyback cars that were loaded in Minneapolis. He wants to track where they
went from Minneapolis. Can anyone offer information on these cars, who/what
was being loaded as well as their routing/movements? His hope is to write an
article using the information.

I am not very familiar with piggyback service on the M&StL. And as the RR
folded in the CNW in the 1960 I am not sure how long this service existed.
Any information about this traffic after the merger may be helpful as well.
