Modeling flat car decking

Since there has been so much discussion of the treatment (or non-treatment) of freight car flooring and the modeling thereof, thought I'd share a "quick and dirty" method of modeling a weathered flatcar floor.
The car is a Red Caboose N scale car on which the deck was painted PRR Freight Car Color. The base color applied was Floquil Instant Weathering, but brushed on, not sprayed on. This was followed with application of chalks from the Micro-Mark greys and earthtones sets.

I need to eventually rework the load restraining method to reflect the practices shown in the book I purchased from Richard Hendrickson. ;<)
