It's all the vertical movements that add up. On a flat map it only looks like
3 miles. You middle western flatlanders don't appreciate our elevation changes.
(I'd call you a far westerner but then I'd have Tony and everyone else west of
the Mississippi on my case, since everyone agrees Utah isn't far.)

Massachusetts? Ninety miles back east can be three or four states, where out
here, it's a round trip between Salt Lake and either of our neighbors, Ogden or
