It's all the vertical movements that add up. On a flat map it only looks like
3 miles. You middle western flatlanders don't appreciate our elevation changes.
(I'd call you a far westerner but then I'd have Tony and everyone else west of
the Mississippi on my case, since everyone agrees Utah isn't far.)
