Jim, sorry to be so late to the party, but one of the oil terminals in
Portland has a storage tank with a large Flying A logo still visible,
although very faded. You can see this from the road when travelling
on Highway 30 along the Willamette River in the Willbridge area.
Sorry I don't recall the name of the present terminal owner. There
may be period photos in the archives of one of the local universities.
