Guys,

Every once in awhile the Los Angeles Public Library will post on
their web page a photo that's of interest to this list. This one is a
doozy:

There is no date given, the caption is simply "Los Angeles Freight
Yard". Because of the large number of SP boxcars in view, I'll take
a guess that it's the original Taylor Yard sometime in the 1920's.
Note the line of cabooses to the left, and the coach yard on the right.

Anybody care to speculate further on the date or location?
