I have a couple Q's for someone out there knowlegeable about DL&W
freightcars...

1) When did the "Route of Phoebe Snow" billboard slogan come into use?

2) Would it have been possible to have an older car still equipped with
K brake and painted with that slogan?

I'm building an F&C ARA double sheath box and need to know which type
of brake to use.
