I have a two dome (PSC I think) and I believe it's 8K but I don't know of any 3 domes cars that are correct. There were some high walk cars done (in brass) but believe they were 10K.
This would be a good plastic car for someone to do. As not being available in any material it would also fit the "cute" category and probably sell (well at least one run <G>).
