Has anyone ever tried Castols "Super Clean" on resin models(?)

Its a plastic modelers best friend when it comes to stripping paint and chrome, and want to say its been used succesfully with resin, but do not have any first hand knowledge myself. btw, If interested, I buy it at Wal Mart in the automotive section in the purple gallon jug. Paul Imhoff
