it's P&N so it's interesting. Do you have any information about that photo - where it was taken, and when? Judging from the "NEW 9-66" stencil on it, I'd guess it was sometime between 66 and 68. Was the picture from somewhere on the CaSo line? Frank Valoczy New Westminster, BC
No fantasy car from Atlas - P&N had 10 of them #500-509 built in 1966.
