Does anyone know who controls (moderator) the ATSF list at
Santafe@...?

It has been down for me and others since about the 19th. The only
activity it has had was a message Steve Sandifer batch posted yesterday. It
does not show test messages by myself so I wonder how Steve's post got
through?
