This is a little off topic, but I figured a few of you have had more
than the usual experience with detail parts and resin casting.

I'd like to cast some clear numberboards for my Highliner F units. It
seems that they are great kits but the number boards are not made for
illumination. I'd think making a duplicate casing in clear resin or
other material would be easiser than drilling out the boards or
finding another number board that would fit the nose contour. Is
there such a material?
