These have been discussed at length, both here and as a project on the
Yahoo Virtual Modelers group. There is of course, more than one kit, so
you need to be more specific as well.

Kit 4028 is a PMcKY/P&LE rebuilt
Kit 4032 is for a Georgia RR rebuild. Speedwitch recently offered add on
parts for the radial roof group of these cars.

In addition, IIRC, Tichy used to offer a "waffle side" version - I think
Mont wrote this up for MM a few years ago.
