Cents might be too light and quarters to expensive in the USA.
Pennies are a tiny bit less than 1/10 ounce in weight. I stick 5 together with caulk - a dab between each and a general smear around the set to hold them together. Depending on the car I'll use 2-4 sets. If more that that are needed I revert to wheel weights.
