SSW a.k.a. the Cotton Belt had most of its territory in
Southeast Missouri, Arkansas and Texas. IIRC the main
agricultural products were rice, beans, milo, and of
course cotton.

Somehow I don't think any of the above would qualify
it as a "granger" road.
