The statistics are interesting but I'm not sure they tell us anything about Granger roads. Here is a list sorted by agricultural percentage in three categories;

1. Granger roads
2. Partially in Granger territory
3. Non -Granger.

Note that of the top 12, seven are non-Granger and of those three would be primarily fruit and vegetables, one is potatoes and another handled a lot of milk.
