Rapid prototyping has been mentioned on this list with regard to the upcoming Atlas boxcar.
Does anyone know of rapid prototyping being used for pattern-making for resin detail parts or kits, and might care to share their thoughts? I'm not looking for names of people or firms--they may want to protect their "trade secrets", and that's fine with me. ;)
