I was asked off-list if I had any specific comments or criticisms. All I would mention is that whoever wrote the captions (Gilbertson is now deceased) does not know a great deal about PFE, so don't trust ANY of the "facts" about PFE in the book (pp. 96-98, including a howler about cars with Masonite sides, and on p. 89, showing an MDT-owned car which was NOT refurbished by PFE). But if in doubt, just put your thumb over the caption and enjoy the fine photos.
