Two requests this time...

Firstly, I'm wondering if someone could tell me when the following series
of cars were first listed in an ORER:

Manistee & Northeastern 4000-4011
Escanaba & Lake Superior 7000-7098 (evens)
Chattahoochee Valley 1050-1055

They are not listed in April 1942, but are present by January 1953. Would
appreciate it if someone could supply an answer.

Secondly, I'm wondering if anyone knows where I might find photos of the
above cars?
