There are several vendors who offer HO grab irons in steel,
or copper alloy. I think they are all .010 to .012. The
BLMA grabs will
go onto the "museum quality" models but for the
rest, it's not worth
the cost.

BLMA makes a nice grab iron placement jig too. Very
important if
you're using scale grabs!
