I'm not knowledgeable about the MILW but I noticed the rib side cars have special side grabs consisting of straight grabs rivetted to angular zees welded to the car side. Rib Side Cars have addressed this in their more recent kits.

I'm trying to replace cast details on a Rib Side Car Company Milwaukee
Road 40 foot double door, short ribside, boxcar. I have used DA bracket grabs
but am unsure of what type, drop or straight, grabs were on the end sills.
Any info is appreciated.
