Cyril, the photos were posted by Vern Wigfield, a retired agent for the M&StL. Vern is very generous and willing to share, I have
many photos from Vern's collection. I have noticed those he posts to the rrpicturearchives list often have the 1/1/1940 date
because he has no idea when they were taken. But looking at the photos you linked, I would say they were taken before that date.

I suggest you contact Vern, via the link on his photos. I am sure he would be more than happy to share with you what information
he has.
