There is another photo of a W&LE hopper # 77415-C in the John Corns book The Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway published by TLC. The caption says it was rebuilt in the 1930s from longitudinal hoppers to "cross-wise hoppers" as indicated by the -C in the cars number. The difference between the WLE and the PRR H21 is the hoppers on the WLE point \ \ / / opposed to \ / \ / on the H21. Chuck Seemann Aurora, Colorado
