Guys,
For others wishing to see GTW #583699, a photo of it appeared in the 1931
Car Builders Cyclopedia on page 131. It was reprinted in the Train shed
Cyclopedia #3 also. It appears to have a 3-3-3 dreadnaught end supplied at that
time by Union Metal Products (which would later morphs into Standard Railway
Equipment Co). I'm pretty sure I can come up with a Union Metal products ad
showing this end in detail if anyone would want a scan of it off site.
The car also have a lever style hand brake. It's hard to tell from the
photo which brand, possibly a Klasing or Miner.
