I don't doubt your word, Tom, but I'm astonished to hear this. Signature Press has had a web site for a dozen years, and yes, there is some spam, but hardly enough to constitute a problem. We have had a "contact us" page and an "inquiries" page all along, and have taken electronic orders for almost ten years. What may be different about Ted's site escapes me, but I'm happy to be enlightened.
