No Andy. Ft-V 91500-91699 were built in 1944, and are definitely

Santa Fe flat that matches the 50 ton Proto 2000 War Emergency car.
Beware of self-styled experts. Tim is correct, The Ft-Vs were 70
ton "War Emergency" versions of the AAR design (i.e., with wood
instead of steel floor stringers, if anyone cares). The Santa Fe
owned no 50 ton flat cars of AAR design. And the lettering on the IM
models is copied directly from the builder's photos of the Ft-V class.

The only problem with the model, as far as I can tell, is that the
laser cut wood floor is too thick; the top of the floor should be
level with the tops of the bolsters and draft gear.
