The C&O "dreadnaught" style ribbed hopper car ends, were made by a now defunct hobby shop in Hampton VA. He was going out of business when I first found him almost ten years ago. I talked him into opening one of the boxes packed up for the bacnkrupcy auction and sell me the ends.toggle quoted messageShow quoted text
BTW I also had to modify the sides of the Athearn hopper to produce the three twin rows of rivits on the alternate std AAR car.

Nope. They were made for the Athearn car. Al's parts are
all from his kits.
