The car sports a hand brake - 31-7758-B (if memory serves) or 31-7758-C - designed and built by ACF which hand brake has not, to my knowledge, been modeled in any scale. It is probably not surprising that ACF used this hand brake or a related variation on many of its tank cars after World War Two.
Perhaps Ed Hawkins can add to or correct the information above.
Gene, Unfortunately, drawing 31-7758 was not included in the collection donated by ACF to the Museum of Transportation. Drawing numbers close to this number have a date of January 1945. Regards, Ed Hawkins
