There were a large number of PRR G31D converted to auto frame service, as well as the G27 mentioned earlier. There are some great photos of leased PRR G31D with WAB reporting marks, in the Morning Sun books, since the Wabash was a frequent leaser of PRR cars. And yes, this service was both dedicated, but highly variable over time. Those leased cars went in and out of service year to year or month to month. Elden Gatwood -----Original Message-----
