This is where decal paper for your printer of choice and some computer time to find the required images pays off. A friend who is a bus modeler does this all the time to get the correct lettering for his units; both 1/87 and 1/4 scale. Bill, a man my size [ 6'-2" + 300# ] has no business wearing jodhs out of the house. I'll stick to the kahkis and jeans. Most of us have seen the flat car load photo of several buses and thought it would make a great model. The images are out there to be found; I'm still searching for the right color photo to make some of my own printout decals. Anyone else tried this for flat car loads? Fred Freitas

Date: Friday, August 27, 2010, 10:34 AM I have a "Pirate Models" kit of an even earlier Mack bus and similarly am frustrated by the lack of Greyhound decals. Maybe this is something Microscale could be influenced to offer. The Life photographer for these was one of their most famous who also helped pioneer the use of the 35mm camera in photojournalism. To show our respects to this era, maybe we could all agree to wear jodhpurs to future prototype gatherings. This would be a very sharp look when combined w/Hawaiian shirts. Risking Jail!
