This is sure true. I gradually learned ways to work around the
idiot system they have. Moreover, it often doesn't work right anyhow--
author's names are sometimes unsuccessful, so are EXACT article titles
sometimes. Pretty lame system. My wife the computer scientist watched
me fussing with it one time and said, "So twentieth century."
