I was finishing up the Westerfield DRGW boxcar last night and told my wife not to sell it for $1 at a garage sale after I was gone. I told her when I reached the time in my life when the model RR was being dismantled for the last time I was going to make a small display case for my kids (and grandkids) with a locomotive, a string of resin freight cars and a caboose so they had something to remember running the layout with me. Anyone else considered this approach? Charlie Duckworth [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] |
