Try Tahoe Model Works. They have the best HO selection for the 1920's to 1940's and they roll great too. Plus Brian, their mold maker, is a great guy and is a member of this group. Only wish he would make some in P:48.

I'm looking to use better rolling trucks & wheetsets on my layout, what
would be best for a replacement on rolling stock in the 1920's to 1940's.
mostly boxcars and coal hoppers.

I have 12 mP54 from Con-Cor and they roll great, but they said that they
only have trucks for there own cars.
