Oops! I just noticed/realized that the number series noted in the RPC article aren't all filled. For example, there were only two of the subject cars originally placed in the GARX 1300-1349. Not 50. When I looked in the ORER for a particular number series, I counted ALL the existing cars in that series, not just the ones that dimensionally fit.

My error is based on the far more common event of having a railroad order cars and have them fill a complete number series. That approach, as is demonstrated in today's example, isn't absolutely required. Not for private owners, and not for railroads, even.

So, double oops and my apologies for my error.
