Question 1. What does the "Circle T" indicate?

Answer: From my understanding it is an indication on the car that the car was approved for less than carload use. (Time Saver Service on the B&O)

Question 2. which scheme, if any, would be most commonly seen in interchange

Answer: I have no idea. I would think that any scheme would be seen in interchange service but someone else might have more information than me on that.

A related question would be which scheme, if any, would be most commonly
seen in interchange (into eastern Canada in particular)? Walt
