Reading Offset Hoppers
Gents,
Would anyone know if the Kadee HO hopper is okay for the late-40s Reading cars? Kadee offers them in early-50s paint, but I'm interested in doing some in the late 40s scheme with Roman

Anyone have opinions on the accuracy of the paint jobs on these? I'm pretty sure the Fruit Growers is wrong, but how about the others?

Re: Rosters of US Army or Navy boxcars during WW II
The paucity of military house cars in the ORER is most likely because
they were not in interchange service. As noted earlier, munitions were
delivered to military bases on common carrier cars

Given the consistent fidelity to prototype of numerous W&R products, one can feel immediately skeptical about Stevie's remark. Moreover, double riveting of tank seams came in with the 1910

Todd,
This morning I had time to check my files and the drawing I have is for the S. Morgan Smith Company of York, PA. Notations on the drawing also reference car ACMX 415, and indicate the cars

I just realised I rather stupidly forgot to say that I meant "Prototype Modelers Boutique" to be a separate Yahoo list, rather than a physical entity.

The "problem" is that Tom is exceptional at both aspects. Few do or are willing to do the quality of the castings he produces. Several small producers have run into problems relying on others to do
