Charles, you'll note that this car was built by Pressed Steel in
1922, so it wasn't an original USRA car, though it closely followed

That SP&S engine was on it's way back from Livingston, MT after a major overhaul in the NP shops.
Looking at a larger printed image of the same picture, there appears to be large numbers on the right

Max, I looked it up. The L&NE doodlebugs 90 and 91 were Brill model 250's, modified with streetcar steps.
This information is not in the small L&NE roster in "Doodlebug Country" as I had supposed,

There is a Little America on the west side of Cheyenne. It is just west of I-25 off US 30. You can see and hear the railroad from the gas station /truck stop. The hotel-motel has around six buildings.

I would not give too much weight to the SP&S 4-8-4 suggesting a possible SP&S
tankcar (though the SP&S did roster some MoW high walkway tank cars), as the
