One of the reasons I ask is that there is a big difference in the wheel base of the Accurail vs. the Tichy. I am assuming Brian's are dimensionally right on.

I also see Atlas has tooled their own version of the Andrews trucks for use under their line of USRA rebuilds. I am interested to know which version is most appropriate for use under the Y'all

Couldn't a coupler be developed that had a miniature, internal micro-magnet (or something), that could be opened using a handheld light-emitter wand (or something) ? It could operate like a prototype
