Here is what I have:
N&W Class B-31, #206000-206999 is former NKP 6000-6999; cars originally built by Pullman- Standard in 1948; cars equipped with ASF Ride Control trucks with D5 spring package.

1. Yes. The majority ranged from 10'-4" to 10'-6" IH, but there was a
large number (nearly 39,000) 10' AAR box cars built in the postwar
period. SP/T&NO alone had 18,950 if I counted

Koppers was a wood chemical treating company and if I am not mistaken in
your area they had a treating facility in Oroville, Ohio and may also have

Nope. I'm not sure because these were NW classes and I don't have an NW
Diagram book. The few things I can tell from the NKP diagram were 8200-8249
had 2 3/8" T&G floors and 8250-8299 had 2 3/8"
