GNW 100022 definitelyrebuilt with fixed sill. Not sure if true in this case, but one alternative

I spent much time (too much time because the connection was really slow) downloading and doing minor corrections to what were mostly boxcars mostly taken by Walter E Frost

Looks to me a lot like the IC yard in downtown Chicago. That first photo...
State Street on the left... tall building looks to me to be the Carbon &
Carbide Building. But I'm not 100% sure.
