You have this one backwards. That little car had such a significant impact that it was never duplicated and never ran on any railroads after it's trial. What other refer can boast of 100%

I believe that when Intermountain does RTR Red Caboose PFE reefers, they are putting Accurail "Bettendorf" trucks under them. At least that is the case with cars I have bought.

I noticed an ACF stencil on the cars. Apparently PE5500-5599 were ACF lot 6039 ordered in 8-10 and built at the Peninsular plant inDetroit. Must have been built late 1910 and no earlier than October
