While the manual might be interesting it's not going to be terribly helpful as a modeling guide since everything from the types if rail cars to the military equipment to the chain falls and tie downs

I have a coppy of the aar diagram books for that period. If you got an idea what is under the tarp i can look up the drawinng.

There are approx 8 photos of Ft-T flats plus some more of the identical Ft-U.
There are approx 8 Ft-M and Ft-16 photos as well.
The book states that the Ft-M was re-numbered to Ft-16

RP CYC 19 covered these cars and included photos of WofA 17464. Here's the kicker the WofA cars were 10'-0" IH whereas, the IM car models the 10'-6" car. Not sure if that is a deal breaker for
